Who wore it better: Han Hyo Joo or Hyoyeon?
Hyo Joo: So elegant and classic!
Hyoyeon: That blonde/green bob, that big smile!
They both looked great. Too close to call.
Neither wore it well (the dress is terrible, they accessorized badly, etc.... please explain below)!
