Saturday morning parkrun - it's the best way to start the weekend!
Early-morning mid-week session - it sets you up for a good day at work and you feel great afterwards!
Sunday morning long run - it's fantastic being out for hours (and you can treat yourself to a Sunday roast afterwards)!
Post-work hills/intervals - there is no better way to run off a stressful day at work!
