When Moore presentd council with concept of present statue......he presented it as a generic serviceperson, representing every war, all branches of service, and all who served. That is why it was accepted and is all that is needed. There would be a jumble if every branch and war needed to be there.
On the plaza. Remove the non military memorial and replace it with the new statue. leave the plaza as a tribute to the military as it was originally planned.
Should be on Mountain Home Plaza with the other Statues, for all to see. Other places on this survey, people most likely will not see it.
