Dicky Rushton has singlehandedly blocked any discussion of our anti-NDAA Resolution (google NDAA 2012 to see how our 5th Amendment Rights had been nullified) reaffirming our Constitutional rights to full Due Process at the erroneous advice of City Solicitor David Moore who cites Rule 33. The rule, which states only agenda items may be discussed and only City Business may be admitted on the agenda, is arbitrarily applied as has been demonstrated by their acknowledging during council meetings such items as the Boston Marathon and Armenian genocide. Our Resolution titled "Worcester Civil Rights Resolution" is timely for Worcester and would go far in building race relations and faith in our City's police and other officials. Rushton, and all our City's elected officials, have taken an oath to defend and protect the Constitutions of US and the Commonwealth - yet Rushton feels it is not their business to actually do so. We at Act Now Worcester have been silently attending almost every City Council meeting wearing gags in protest.
