Your goal is very realistic. You can do anything you put your mind to with commitment, dedication and hard work. My friend wanted to lose 50lbs in 2 months time and she currently is at 49lbs down. She may even have it the 50lb mark as I write this comment. She is way shorter and was way more heavier then you Krystal so if she can lose 50lbs in two months, I'm sure you can lose that 100lbs within your time frame. I would like to lose about 15-25lbs myself. I need to start getting on the ball myself.
