    My patients had to have health insurance of course. I live in a high income suburb so my patients had good insurance and wanted to use it rather than use HSA or cash to pay at my clinic. Able to sustain DPC for 2 yrs. My practice was diet and lifestyle medicine with osteopathic manipulation so it didn't fit the traditional healthcare model either so maybe that was the problem.
