Surely this is just a thinly (or not even) veiled attempt to promote SNP's independence agenda. They should be held to account for further dodgy spending of taxpayers money on the blatant politicisation of the Police force in this way. Rebranding of govt institutions is rarely necessary, usually political and always expensive.
