Everytime I explain this law to someone new to Virginia or to people who do not live in Virginia they think I'm joking. I've lived in several states and this was the first time I ever encountered this type of restriction. Tonight anyone ringing my bell will get candy.

Is this really the kind of thing we need LAWS about? Enough with government meddling! Don't our lawmakers have anything important to do other than chip slowly away at our liberties?
