Kenseth penalty is wrong. Matt did an old school payback and Nascar needs more old school racing.

NASCAR is wrong and wants to drive fans away. Why is one better than the other either give everyone a penalty or no one. I'm not going to watch the next race and I might not go to anymore NASCAR events till they get it right. NASCAR, its getting easier to not watch a race anymore, WAKE UP.

I've been a nascar fan for 30 years. For the last 5 years I have watched less and less of the races on tv because nascar has ruined what was a great sport. Big Bill France would roll over in his grave if he could see what his family has done to the sport that he worked so hard to build. Suspending Matt for being an old school race car driver is the last straw for me! I'm done!!

I have raced myself, it has been a while. Back when I was racing we did not carry over our paybacks as you call it. Because if you did you would be stopped at the gate at the next race and not be aloud to race until the next week no questions asked. If there was a problem you would go jail, that would mean everyone. Joey did nothing wrong as far as that goes. But the whole system is wrong as far as I'm concerned. This should be called something else not NASCAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NASCAR SUUUUUUUUCKS.........Way too much favoritism, nothing said about teammates jamming up the re-starts nothing said when Brad wrecked Kenseth trying to block for teammate, nothing said when Joey wrecked Matt last week at higher speeds nothing said earlier in race when non driving Dannicka intentionally wrecked Gilliand and all the little panty wearing announcers, oh the build up and talk about the payback even before the race started but when Matt returns the appropriate response they start crying like little babies guess why they are in the booth they lost their sacks to be on the track.... WRONG CALL NASCAR>>>YOU SUCK

Nascar is in trouble. Look at all the empty seats. The big problem causing most trouble is the Chase. It is not needed. Go back to the way it was before. Every race had points awarded and the driver with the most at end of the season won the title. That is the way it should be. Nascar was not broken, did not need to be fixed. Nascar is broken now and fans are fed up, All you hear on TV during race is the Chase and only those Chase drivers. I am interested in every race and every driver and do not want to hear the Chase every time the guys on TV open their mouth. I will not be watching races the rest of the year.

Penske racing is not the class act that he used to be when I was A USAC Tech. inspector at the INDPLS 500 in the 80s, his drivers were honorable men and were very clear as to not blemish the teams name with the kind of attitude that his drivers are displaying now.
Where are you now Roger condoning poor sportsmanship.

NASCAR definitely got this one wrong. NASCAR , if you want to continue too lose fans keep going the way you are. Why the favoritism toward the Penske Drivers? Mr. France, you can try to defend the Penske drivers all you want, but the facts are the facts. The two Penske drivers are dirty and bend the rules more than any other drivers. If you continue your favoritism toward certain drivers and don't enforce the rules equally all across the board you will continue to kill the sport.

Let go back to when the Intimidator put Labonte into the wall, this was just racing but what if Labonte would have put Dale into the wall. I bet Terry would still be suspended. How can putting someone in the wall be considered racing. Doesn't matter if they are going for a win or 10 laps down wrecking a competitor is a cowardly act. In either situation what if the wreck killed another racecar driver. What is nascar going to say to justify the action they condone. If Matt doesn't win an appeal I"m done watching nascar. I truly believe that Jimmy Spencer needs to give Joey Lagono an attitude adjustment. Thank you Matt

How much did Penske pay NASCAR for the championship? It surely seems like the Penske team mates can do what ever they want this year and get away with it. They both controlled the restarts so nobody could get by them and when Matt almost got by Brad, he crashed Matt and Kurt. NASCAR didn't do anything about that. When Joey took Matt out at Kansas and said it over the radio that he did, NASCAR just turned their back on that also. NASCAR is losing fans on a regular base any more and now this against Matt just ruined it for a lot more fans.

Penske must be in France's pockets - his drivers can do no wrong. Logano can push Kenseth out of the Chase and receive no penalty, but when Logano comes down into Kenseths space and gets knocked out France suspends Kenseth. NOT FAIR AND EQUAL!! Watch the video - Logano came down into Kenseth on Sunday trying to cause a problem for Kenseth. PENALIZE LOGANO!!!!

NASCAR got it wrong! First of all, remember a couple of years back with the fiasco with the Michael Waltrip team and Martin Truex Jr. They were trying to manipulate the results of the race to ensure they got into the chase. NASCAR came out and said they can't do that. They were heavily punished for trying to alter the outcome of a race and said you need to race hard every single lap. Well, what about when the 2 and 22 were running first and second and the leader chose the high side on the restart and the inside car would let the outside car in. That's not racing as hard as you can every single lap. I argue that it is also manipulating the outcome of the race. They both knew that if the outside car was not allowed to jump ahead, then that car would likely lose several spots. That's manipulating the race! That's wrong! NASCAR said it's wrong, so why didn't they do something about it.
Now, they are opening pandora's box! You either let the drivers set the bar or tell them what they can and can't do. Matt Kenseth was battling for a win near the end of the race when he got wrecked because of the 2 and 22 trying to manipulate the race on yet another restart. NASCAR allowed it to happen! Why can the 2 wreck Kenseth but he can't wreck somebody back? Really? Is that the message you want to send? What a joke!!
NASCAR's statement for past 2 weeks seems to be that if you are still in the chase, you can do whatever you want (Harvick wrecks a big part of the field, Keselowski wrecks Kenseth). That's not a NASCAR I will watch or support!
