Us locals should not be concerned. We are use to this type of storms or typhoons. Just make sure your family is safe. That's the bottom line.
Why be concerned? Prepare accordingly and you have done your part, everything else is out of yours and everyone elses control. This is not Guams first, nor will it be its last Typhoon, so better get used to them and my advice is prepare for every one of them.
