Today, around 70% of the working population work in private where they are paid based on performance. On an average, this workforce gets single digit hike. Hence 2 digit hike across the board for government employees is TOOOOOO MUCH.

The pay hike is only around 14% not 23.55%. Please correct your data.

Care of all citizens, including unemployed ones should be taken. Minimum age be fixed at 25 & retirement age at 55 si that all gets chance to get employment & development. Monopoly of few is eliminated. Present salary is more than enough.
