Move General Sessions to the Chamber of Commerce building since the city is getting no rent. General Sessiions Court is paying over $2000 a month. Oak Ridge Chamber gave only $800 a year................Why does Oak Ridge have puppet government with an inactice City Charter ruled over by aCity Manager ?
