Single family victorian homes are what attracts people to Ocean Grove. They give Ocean Grove it's unique charm. Yet another condo building adds nothing to our town.

I cannot imagine any resident preferring 165 units over the original 25 single family home plan.
    transparency, legality, logical, reasonable????

I live on the north end where parking is already a nightmare most of the year. Help!

    I support the original zoning.

I'm new in town, but I can't imagine why residents would have supported a "new vision" for the North End. Ocean Grove is an historic district, so residents and visitors alike obviously come here because we like the "old vision." The proposed "new vision" sounds exactly like what people come to Ocean Grove to escape -- hideous modern overdevelopment.
