WOW ! I really felt a lift / a release of the blockages in me, it was amazing on all counts.

SO SO... Some of the details mentioned actually made sense but it wasn't fully right.

COMPLETE FLOP! It was total BS and nothing Virginie said resonated with me / I didn't understand what Virginie said

I REALLY ENJOYED IT ! Virginie's comments were accurate and her recommendations were precise. I liked being given "exercises" and practical things to do.
