The new director of SPL has a clear vision of what she needs in order to bring the Saskatoon library system into modern times - whether by providing services, adding a new Stonebridge Branch, meeting staffing requirements, etc. The public loves using the library and needs to see that what the library needs is community support.

SPL should be assisted by the city taxpayers in obtaining sufficient new land to expand their long awaited central Francis Morrison facility. It is a busy location and needs space to accommodate expanded community activities, in addition to staffing the new branch in the growing southern part of the growing city.

Saskatoon public library continues to bring high marks and community leadership to the city for service excellence and customer appreciation of money well-spent for programming, inclusion, literacy and a technically adept citizenry.

Expand the current Frances Morrison location.
