Yes I believe holiday scratch and wins are a joke. Lotto says chances of winning are 3-1. Thats a lie. I bought 4 scratch and wins in a row and didn’t even win once. I been buying them for years and never seen it so bad i think buying scratch tickets in the holidays buy regular ones not holiday ones. I think and no for a fact holiday scratch tickets are just a money grab
