    To me that is a clear and fair decision for both sides. The article was saying "Germany is very strict when it comes to privacy laws, says the BBC, and this case is a good example." As a german photographer let me tell you: in the case the man would have sold some of the photos already or given to picture agency (if agreed by the ex-partner), he did not need to change that, but he had to give back the pictures for the described reasons. I perceive that as logical.

    I bet 99% of those voting "No" are men. Obviously, if consent is provided for a commercial venture via an actual Agreement, the Agreement should/would stand. Otherwise, delete the photos -- it's the right thing to do.
