In a #CookvTait world: Should voting in America be restricted to those who file U.S. tax returns?

Yes - of course. If you don't file U.S. taxes you are not complying with the most fundamental obligation of American citizenship

No - I believe that ALL citizens, irrespective of their tax status, should be eligible to vote.

I don't know - but, I don't see why citizenship should be required to vote at all

All I know, is - those tax cheats abroad should be paying to support those of us who toil in the Homeland
