,When politicians breaks the law they have to investigate , when John Q. Public breaks the law the police arrest the suspect and put him or her in prison. He/she appears before a judge, he determines whether he/she have committed a crime. He/she is either release or post a bond and then release. If to be release under a bond stipulation and cannot or will not post the bond, he/she stays in jail until trial date which could be months before a trial. I am a Chamorro, I grew up in California. I have over the past 63 years observed how the law works, and in my opinion there are 3 types of law in America, one for the rich, one for the middle class, and one for the people who cannot afford a lawyer which will be furnished and paid by the taxpayer.
F.B.I please help the people of Guam , please investigate the Calvo Administration and the illegal use of public tax money , the funneling of contracts to benefit his interests , the extreme nepotism and reckless lack of accountability , the self enrichment scheme his family is involved in .
There is something going on , I see it , the people see it , please put an end to it . Thanks a lot Gov Guam !

I would comment on the various shortcomings of the AG but I have too much on my plate.
IT'S A VERY SAD THING THAT THIS ADMINISTRATION DOING BUT THEN WE THE PEOPLE OF GUAM PUT THEM IN AND THE AG IS UNDER HIS HAND SO THE ONLY THING TO DO IS PRAY THAT THE TRASH HAS TO GO.
From inaction on Piolo's case, missing critical deadline to prevent Father from coming in contact with his Son, the alleged shooter, and now the do-nothing against the Governor's illegal retro pay are inexcusable. AG needs to show some teeth and enforce the law. It's what you've been elected to do.
