I grew up in Warren, actually in West Warren, and this survey is kind of silly because none of the towns in the survey are "dumpy" towns. They all have charm and worthiness, and they are all great towns each in their own way, but as a whole as well.
It's like trying to pick the ugliest gold bar out of 9 gold bars, kind of hard to do and pointless.... :-P
