Bulkhead or no bulkhead at Shorefront Park?
Remove the bulkhead. It's unsightly and traps flood waters on land.
Leave it. Establishing a passive shoreline would drain too much money from the parks budget and put other desirable projects at risk.
Not sure. I have to do more research before casting my vote.
