My grandson was born in China in 2011, his Chinese birth certificate translated to English, then my son went to the US Consulate and obtained a Certificate of Foreign Birth of a US Citizen, born to a US parent while abroad. And got him his US passport. Thereby, under the US Constitution and laws pertaining to citizenship as passed by Congress, my grandson is a US citizen. Same for Ted Cruz, end of story.
