GRMC. Not trained? Surely you have not been in the building or seen the credentials of the staff. Federally funded? Privately owned. All people are treated with the same respect when you come through the doors.
GRMC hands down. I have been in a dozen hospitals over my career, GRMC, great place to work. great knowledgeable staff. I have a saying. If my patient was my mother? How would you treat them? With Love. from the CEO to the housekeepers, everyone is top notch. Do your research before you judge, but if you never have been off island, and have not been to GRMC and only know GMH. Easy to pass judgment

The Naval Hospital is not an option for most of our residents and should not be in this survey.
I am sorry but GMH has never ever done anything right. They are so slow because they are so unorganized. The staff are either incompetent or stressed because they can't work in those conditions. My visits are rare but it never fails. Always! Just always a terrible experience.
GRMC because of the highly trained specialist like the neurosurgeon, interventional cardiologist, and cardiovascular surgeon. GRMC and GMH can help all our people. They're both here to help our island and her people. Biba GRMC and GMH! Biba taotao Guam!

GMH was overall good n i see some upgrades but i do see that administration still needs some help. I waited almosy three hours just to be admitted and i had a room waiting. Need some TLC training

GRMC Still needs to iron out their wrinkles. GMHA, IMO, has more experience and seasoned staff. Medicare and Medicaid will suck GRMC dry.
Why is offisland not an option? more money on health care is going offisland.
Highly trained employees at GMHA most especially ICU and ER nursing staff.
Given the right leadership, training, equipment, and purpose (other than just earning a paycheck), GMH would be of true service to the people of Guam.

GMH discharging unit have the most UGLIEST attitude. Baba customer service 100% of the time. But their quick to run and smoke cigarettes out by the ER!
