The roads in my area are only OK because of inconsiderate neighbors who used shovels or snow blowers to put the snow from their driveways and sidewalks into the roads AFTER they had already been plowed for the last time. It is not the public works crews to blame for the road conditions now, it's the residents who are doing this to us.
