    Terrible customer service when I was inquiring about a water bill that was much higher than usual. Sometimes it seems that the GWA field reps "estimate" readings, and I'd seen bizarre trends of water usage over the months. I understand that there has to be a balance between looking out for the interests of the customer and balancing that with the utility agency, but it seemed that the customer service rep I was dealing with didn't want to bother with hearing my side of the story and instead kept insisting that their meters are the latest technology. And now they want to raise the water rates. Go figure.

    Another bloated GovGu agency that is overstaffed and under-performing. Same story, GovGu employees take precedence over its customers--the rate payers. Starts from the top, Governor and Legislature, with the help from AG who does not seem to enforce anything that involves GovGu administrators.

    Water is dirty... Water pressure continues to fall (daily) below EPA standards.
