Drivers vs pedestrians and the drivers are ofcourse ahead with their nays, noise and stink, ignorant of their continuous threat to pedestrian lives, especially so all the way through Ganges and up to Atkins which is a heavy density area for seniors who move along in fear on many sections of that road and are quite terrified to cross the road on x=walks.Slowing down drivers a little bit would not hurt drivers at all but would ease anxiety for pedestrians .

If changes to higher or lower speed limits are to be made as a result of a vote, a clear majority should be attained not just a 1 vote margin.

Personally I feel that the limits are just fine. Folks that wish to drive slower should pull over when they notice that they have a line up of cars behind them. Especially when some are driving at 50% of the posted speed limit!
I also feel that rather than concentrate on changing speed limits we should look at installing roundabouts at certain locations. ie, Central, and at the junction of Upper and Lower Ganges Rds.
