Quarterback or cornerback: Which position should Cowboys spend their first-round draft pick on?

No Qb at 4. Usually every beginning of the draft year theirs an obvious Qb people gush over. Thats not the case this year, fans stop forcing a dumb pick on a qb thats not worth it. We need best player available, if it ends up being qb then so be it. We have so many other starter holes that need fixing...think about it. FA backup QB sounds better.

Trade down, make cornerback and one technique d-tackle top priorities. Then, get either RGIII or Manziel. I think both of them could pan out in Dallas with a decent team around RGIII and a strict coaching staff for Manziel. (why couldnt the Cowboys have John Gruden)

There aren't any franchise corners in the draft that justify going with the #4 pick. They're generally rated as "solid" but "not ball hawks".

This would be drafting for need and wasting a high pick.

The QB's are a different story, and after going 12-4 last season then picking this high now, it reminds me of the Spurs drafting Tim Duncan while still having David Robinson. It's just smart to get a top QB now.

We need a NEW Owner, GM, HC, QB, RB, WR, DB, & all other positions EXCEPT DO NOT Give away The GREAT Dan Bailey Field Goal kicker who seems to be the only person to score points for the Cowgirls

We need defense but very few are worth the top 5 pick and no DB is worth that. Not often you have a chance to draft for the future. Either QB at 4 bosa at 4 Elliot at 4 or trade away and get more top 60 picks
