Like I was saying in my vote ... It's a combination of bad drivers with bad habits, uneducated decision making process creating road rage ... One way to solve this is people who create 'at fault accidents' will have to be recertified before they can drive again

When in Europe I average 180-200 kph regularly . In Europe the roads are designed for water to run off drive lanes . In Canada the roads are built and designed for the water to run onto drive lanes and freeze when temp drops - espeascialy on corners . Add bad drivers to the mix = deaths .

Just enforce the posted speed limits. Too many drivers speed well beyond the limit. No need for studies, new regulations and money. Enforce the posted speed limits.

Very misleading or poorly researched story - do your research instead of promoting your agenda and making uncritical remarks promoting ignorance in your audience - ironically the poll results tell the story much better than your reporters
