My company has a $800/wk guarantee its what keeps me with them thru the good and bad the slow times and high volume times because truckinget freight is seasonal. They have made a financial commitment to me I'm still their go to driver now 16years.
Guaranteed pay would definately be a step in the right direction but as an owner operator I can't afford to take hime less then what I am making now.
