I think that smoking should be banned for all kids that are not of legal age to smoke. I think that is why kids pick up the smoking habit from parents/people that don't care about smoking around kids. Second hand smoke is really bad for anybody, but especially for kids that do not have a choice.
To much intrusion in people's personal lives. What comes next. I don' t even smoke, and I think it's too much.
