As with much of Delaware politics, it's odd that we have a primary and a caucus system. The primary should be sufficient, especially since in respect to the Democrat caucus so few people show up. Minimal advertising or promoting the caucus is inadequate to notify and explain why we have to vote twice. It's hard enough to get people to the polls once, let alone three times, or more if we have primaries. Unless, the minimal promotion and advertising is the goal so only, select people participate.

Can't vote in the primaries I believe if your registered as an independent. I have voted in every election since 1972 so please don't tell me I'm some kind of bum for not voting in the primaries.

Looking forward to my right to vote as a naturalized citizen. Would never think of not voting. Although this year might be a write-in if the parties that be don't get their act together.

Why would someone choose NOT to vote?!!? They are probably the same people we'll hear complaining about how things are being run after the election - rather than exercise their right to vote, a right that some people in some countries don't have.
