Shame on Thunder Bay...using the old recycling argument again. Can anyone remember that that was the logic for three garbage bags, not budgetary? The City of Moncton, N.B. Offers an annual pick up where you can can leave any garbage in front of your home's curb including tires, paint cans, household items, etc and the city picks them up and sends appropriate items to recycling...curb side service. The impact...substantive environmental success...perhaps Thunder Bay officials should do some research and stop deceiving its citizens...the city wants the 50,000.00 and the heck with the environment. This is really sad.
