Fox 5 has gone to pot. Russ Spencer better run fast, before they tag him. Love Russ. Go to a GOOD station, Russ. Any would love having you. I sure would follow you. With Cinnea gone, they are sticking you with the bottom of the barrel except Deidra. She is good. Keep up the good works, Russ.

Need to get rid of Bill Sneider!!!!!!

Based on the current state of affairs at Fox where the culture is clearly sexist, and now with women of color leaving, this does not bode well for the Fox 5. In Georgia where people are fired for looking out the window, the employment climate is stressful because people are afraid of their jobs and always expecting uncertainty.

I was done with Fox long ago because the reporting is so biased and misleading.

Will miss Lisa tremendously. She has been the primary reason I have watched Fox News. She is a professional newscaster to be admired.
I wish her the best in her personal and professional life endeavors.

I enjoyed watching Lisa Rayam, will not be watching Fox 5, You fire Women who are getting older and never fire the Men who are getting older, Lisa Rayam was a very pleasant and positive Woman and role mode hate to see her go.

I am very disappointed FOX. I prefer my news to come from intelligent, beautiful people not unintelligent supermodels.

Fox...what are you thinking??? Please do not hire another skinny little muppet to do the news. The news shows should be just that...all about hews. I certainly do not turn Fox on to see what little tiny dress someone can wear. I turn the news in to get the latest happenings in my area. Good Luck, Lisa. I hope you get a better deal next time.

Laura is also right. Lisa rayam does look like a sad sack. Let's not forget she replaced Amanda Davis, who everyone loved and now everyone's forgotten about, except people she ran into on the wrong side of the road. "We will never forget you Amanda. Yeah that lasted a few days."

Oh well, when she's not trying to spin the story that she's being super mom, Lisa can go do that "just a minute" segment at 46. They seem to take anybody who's ever been on 2, 5 or 11. Fox should also give them another panelist in the form of Denise Dillon. She needs to go see her doctor. She just does not look healthy to me. Wrinkly and emaciated. No wonder I'm watching Jennifer Bellamy on Saturday and Sunday.

Lisa R would actually be a good person on channel 46 Morning News. I can't believe Gloria Neal was hired. I don't know where she came from but she needs to go back. As long as Lisa grows out her hair and gets a wardrobe upgrade, 46 mornings is a great place for her.

If Lisa is gone, Deidra Dukes has to be next. I can't believe she has an anchor spot in Atlanta. Would much rather see Marissa Mitchell on weekend anchoring duties. I wonder how Dukes kept this spot for this long on two channels.

22 years in a main news anchor role that is very cosmetic. Yet getting less attractive all the time. I cannot believe she's wearing these tight dresses and cut off all her hair. It's like, I dare you to fire me, I'm doing everything I can to look as unappealing as possible. Of course, we had a few years of unattractive Monica Kaufman to look at before she finally got retired ten years too late.

Lisa had a very good run already. Shoot, Cynne Simpson is doing just fine . Why not save the station money by getting rid of that contract of Lisa rayam?

Truthfully, It's time to put her out to pasture. Yes, she's a great news anchor. Yes she's got a touching story. Yes she's doing great up to this point . Yes it's a good thing that contract was not renewed comma because Yeah she needs to spend more time with her kids. Yeah it's time to go for some change. By the way, can we get Karen Minton retired 2? That have been done a few years ago as well. Television news is a cosmetics business which does require youth. Younger people replace older people all the time in news and life goes on in the big city.

Change is good. It's the way of the world. Looking forward to seeing Lisa rayams cheaper, more attractive replacement. I'm sure she will do an excellent job as well.

I don't know why Fox had to announce it. But, if she wants to spend more quality time with her family that's her decision. Fox is making it look like she was fired. If she is hired by another media source then we shall know the truth. She is not guilty until proven innocent Fox. Fox is a rag.

God will get the glory out of this....Hold your head up Lisa and keep it moving....Love you girl...

22yrs of dedication to the job means nothing for Fox5!
When Lisa leaves so will I!!

I don't even like the Fox franchise, but I watch when Lisa Rayam is anchoring--she's a natural and there's something about her voice that has a calming and reliable affect. Good luck finding a comparable replacement--your job will not be easy.

Glad to see her go. The new anchor Synee Simpson (sp?) is 100% better. Lisa looks depressed all the time.

  • Anthony Thompson - 8 years ago

What!!!!!! Big mistake plus she is beautiful, she will be fine and I wish her nothing but blessings.

Love Lisa! God will open up a door, as this window closes.

I don't understand this move. You get rid of Lisa and keep Ron Gant and so close to Gurvir leaving. Nothing personal but I think Ron is awful. Lisa is great and shell fine another home soon and Fox 5 will regret it.

It is sad to hear that 2 of the best anchors will no longer with Fox 5. What is going on with Fox 5? A big mistake with this. Karen G. Is the 1 that should be gone. I agree with other people, I will no longer watch Fox 5,WSB will be my choice. So sad,Fox 5 is going down hill. Hope other people will stop watching Fox 5 also.

  • Sarah Jones - 8 years ago

She is the ONLY reason I watch FOX5 news! This is a bad decision! You will be truly missed! I will be tuning into another news network!

  • Lawrence Brown - 8 years ago

Without Lisa at the helm I will seek other news sources. Please reconsider your decision

Lisa Rayam is the ultimate professor. She has been the anchor that has provided the audience with professionalism, concern, honesry, and heart. Apparently, Fox does not desire those positive traits for their audience. Maybe Fox desires to have a fake smile, a fake hairdo, and a presenter that is a robot. Good luck with that! In the past, Fox is known for making less than desirable decisions. Trust me when I tell you, this decision is wrong on all levels. Lisa Rayam will do well, she is an exellcent broadcaster, writet, and human being!! Watch out Fox, you will see het again in a capacity that will heighten her career more and place other places on the map. I wish her well because she is a winner!!!

That's sad Lisa is a great newscaster. You show get rid of Portia Bruner she stumbles over every other word. She is terrible and keeps her job and Lisa is great and loses hers. Something is definitely wrong with this picture. I was a very faithful viewer. I will move my station to WSB from this moment on. I'm gone!!!

  • D Edwards - 8 years ago

Lisa's last day will be my last day with Fox 5 news. I have enjoyed the professionalism and reliability of her news reporting.
