Do you think that the inquiry into suspended SA Police Commissioner Riah Phiyega's fitness to hold office will serve a worthwhile purpose?

Phiyega had never been an appropriate person for the post of Commissioner of Police. Her story that one needs not be a DRUNKARD to own a BOTTLE store, was very derisive for long serving Generals in the SAPS.

In real term we do not even need a commission of enquiry to determine her fitness to hold office. The position of being a commisionner is the same as that one of being a director general, must be filled by a fit and proper person with vast background in policing and law. She is apparently not a lawyer not former cop, What is she doing there? The president must account for this wrognful appointment. She must be sincere and admit that she accept a wrong position. it will be an honourably thing for her to quit. There are many men and women in blue who can do her job.The president must account for this wrognful appointment, he must tell the nation what informed Phiyega's appointment this critical postion.
