I have been watching GH since 1963 and have always loved the manner in which sensitive subjects were handled. I now cannot watch what is happening with Morgan because of all the parents who have a member of their family with this problem. I am so upset by this story line that makes his life a losing battle and I don't even know anyone with this disorder.
Don't like the new Jason Morgan. He doesn't fit the Character. Replacement.
I love Billy Miller! The writers really need to step up and give him something to really sink his teeth into. He's a great actor and the writers so far haven't given him a storyline that really allows him to shine. They need to get together with the director(s) and start the new storyline of him getting his memory back with a calm, cool and collected demeanor! That's Jason Morgan!! It's true that Steve was a great Jason and fans loved STONE COLD but that was the storyline that was written for him and directed for him. Billy is doing a great with what he's been given so far. I hope that he reconnects with Sonny but as a private investigator not as an enforcer. Sonny has told Anna that his goal is to stop drugs and mass shipments of weapons coming in to Port Charles. So let Jason track those things. If that becomes his job then he can have a relationship with Sonny, Carly and the Quatermaines. Just a thought!
Billy Miller is a good actor but Steve Burton is Jason Morgan and always will be. Steve played Jason for years and it's hard to replace a actor that we all loved.Jason and Sam had great chemistry together on screen. I wish Steve would come back. Not trying to be mean to Billy, he's a good actor.
It's always hard when they replace an actor in a show but they should at least keep the personality and mannerisms of the character . I actually like Billy Miller in the part of Jason but he doesn't act like Jason would've so I'm losing interest. How many crashes & injuries can you put on Sam character?? Stupid story line once gain. He should've woke up knowing who he was right away or at least got his memory back awhile later. It's like they are trying to decide which Jason he will be , Morgan or Quartermaine . MORGAN!! That's who Steve Burton was
I like Billy as Jason. It's just taking too long for his memories to return. Franco should not have tried giving that dog to Jake without first speaking to his parents. The other Jason was just as dark. And Ms. Liz and Prince Nick should have been prosecuted for their devious behavior. I like how he plays Jason, don't want him being Sonny's lackey anymore either. When his memory returns it should also include memories of being a Quartermaine.
Jason needs to be a sexy, handsome, strong character. We need a new Jason. Current one has a lisp, figets with his fingers, and clears his throat...too distracting nervous habits to be sexy. Please get us an acceptable Jason... Steve was outstanding!
Truthfully, the only thing that was and is damaging the character of Jason Morgan is the fact that he even still speaks to that shrew Elizabeth. What she did to him was inexcusable and unforgivable. Not to mention that the scenes they share are painfully awkward and totally devoid of any chemistry whatsoever.
I'd like to see a combination of Jason Quartermaine and Jason Morgan and not a complete return to Stone Cold.
As long as the writers steer Jason away from this Jasam travesty! Their whole storyline is boring and unrealistic, seems rushed, forced and hollow. I would love to see him become a morph of JM and JQ and work at GH so he and Liz can repair and rekindle their relationship. IF he remembers EVERYTHING then He will know what Elizabeth is to him, and that will erase any ill feelings towards her deceit; he never could be or stay angry at her. Having said that, I hope Billy Miller has been holding out and saving his Stone Coldness for this new chapter as his portrayal of either Jason has been so erratic. As someone else just posted, Steve Burton's Jason WAS calm and quiet and brooding, unlike BM's Jason who is at times bland and at times uncontrollably crazed. Steve's Jason was NEVER out of control and made every word count, and YES "THOSE EYES!!!!!!!!" It will never be as good as when Steve Burton was Jason.

Love billy miller. No one is giving him a chance. I almost like him better then steve. But I really don't want him to become stone cold
Billy Miller has done an excellent job as Jason Morgan. I like the new Jason but would love to see Stone Cold come back. I really want Jason and Sonny to get back as friend and brothers. This Jason (Billy Miller ) and Sam (Kelly Monaco ) have tremendous chemistry! Even though I loved Steve Burton as Jason I love Billy Miller as Jason also!!
Sorry. I don't Steve Burton's replacement, Billy has ANY similar characterisitics as Steve. Jason was quiet, brooding, deliberate, pensive and direct. He didn't really speak much unless he had something imporant to say. Hard for the actor but the fans were riveted when he spoke. AND THOSE EYES OF STEVE'S...DEAR GOD THOSE EYES!!!!!!! I think Billy is very bland and aimless as Jason. He doesn't fit the character. Sorry!
