We flew with Westjet May 10 returning June19. The fare from Kelowna to Gatwick was $1059, plus $25 per suitcase, no cheaper than the competion.. We had no idea no meal would served on the flight! There were no tv monitors to inform the passenger on the progress of the flight. During the nine hour overnight flight we got very little rest as Westjet staff were constantly using the public address system to try and sell something. We are Westjet users for regional flights, but we will never again use Westjet to England. Do your homework,before booking with Westjet to Gatwick.

I recently paid $156 for the fare to Gatwick and pre-purchased a meal for $15 which was served onboard. I wouldn't get anything offered on a 15 hour bus trip from Calgary to Vancouver. What's so important about a hot meal versus a cold meal? Some people really search for a reason to complain!
