At one time I was the President of the YMCA and it was a great asset to the community and the youth that it served. I wonder how many used the resources to qualify for a sports scholarship whether in swimming,
track, basketball, etc. It is a shame that with all of the needs of the youth today and also some adults the
community cannot find a way to use this facility to improve on the needs of those groups.
