I fail to see what the Stone of Scone has to do with Perth. Send it back to Scone where it will be looked after by those with a credible cultural engagement with it, rather than ill-informed and money-hungry councillors.

obviously it should return to the place it's named after - so Scone rather than Perth or any of the other options is the right thing to do (unless you change its name to Stone of Perth or Stone of Edinburgh etc)!!!

I think it should be kept in Scone (but that's provided it can be secure and there is appropriate security).
