We had a (very interesting) GA on spiritual formation not so long ago. Thus I would consider it more appropriate to focus on character development (including relational skills).
Online TE is an interesting topic as well, but more appropriate for a workshop.
One suggestion for a different topic: Challenges arising from the geopolitical situation in Europe. Can we just go on doing "business as usual" in TE? It would be interesting to listen to schools from different European contexts on how the changes impact their work and how they address current challenges and how they equip their students for them.
At Cornerstone we observe that more and more of our students come with quite heavy emotional baggage. As almost two thirds of our graduates will go to a cross-cultural mission situation, character formation is absolutely crucial besides the biblical ,theological and missiological formation.
How can character formation best be included into a theological training programme?
