Troy is a once in a lifetime type of player. Hines is a receiver and that's already a knock on him even tho he's so good. Troy was a force to be reckoned with everywhere he played on the field. He was one of the most unpredictable players in the history of the game. And he executed perfectly. He's one of the G.O.A.T.s in his position. Definitely a first ballot HOFer.
