Please bring Hotch back he is the soul of criminal minds. Criminal minds is my favorite show . But it will be nothing without Hotch. Bring him back.
I cannot vote because there should be an option to bring Gibson (Hotch) back. I have watched the show from the beginning and absolutely love it. Gibson is one of the reasons I love the show. I loved him on Dharma and Greg and I love him on Criminal. I can't believe there isn't a way that all can forgive and forget. If Gibson has an anger problem; order him to anger management classes. Just don't fire him from this show. He is the backbone for his team. Please bring him back.

The show can definitely and will go on without Hotch. He's arrogant and lacks compassion and robotic. Even when interacting with his son he's too serious and phony.
I'll tell you what we will miss, we will miss the relationship between Garcia and Derek. The show needed that breather/relaxed interaction.

Hotch is a bump on a log character. He has one emotion, it's a straight face. Ditch the self entitled twat that thinks he can drive drunk and kick people. Hire an actual person and not a robot with 1 emotion, the show will be better for it.
Horrible decision to get rid of Hotch. So much invested in this character with losing his wife and so much potential thrown away with firing him. I have watched this show from the very first episode and watch the re- runs but I'm looking for a replacement show. I'm sure the producers will understand since they did the same with removing a key character . Come on guys forgive forget make amends and keep one of the best shows on TV if not the best THE BEST!!!
I have watched from the very 1st episode and I do wish this matter could be resolved but if not (and I don't blame the writer/producer for firing him due to unacceptable behavior) hire someone to replace him! You wouldn't think Hotch could ever be replaced but he could be, maybe bring Shemar Moore back to take his place, he's taken his place before and been in charge. Although I love the Hotch character, I believe the show could go on with him gone either replaced or killed off. Cause I really loved Agent Gideon and the show survived him leaving and they later killed off Gideon's character....

Im a fan of the show and not everyone gets along the best and we all make mistakes and do things we shouldn't from time to time. Stop punishing the people who watch the show. I will start watching another show if Hotch is no longer part of team.

I have watched Criminal Minds since the very beginning I do not think I have missed one episode one big reason why I kept watching the show was because of Hotch. He made the show. Now that he is no longer on Criminal Minds I will probably stop watching the show. I wish there was a way that Cbs Ian Thomas Gibson to work things out

Anyone can be replaced . If he actually physically assaulted a member of the crew, especially a writer / producer . He should be repaced . This is unacceptable behavior , and anyone in the buisness knows this .

Big mistake letting him go if you want the show to continue. He's the glue. Look what letting Ziva go did to NCIS. I know I quit watching. You can't lose 2 key characters in the same season. The remaining characters will get lost in the shuffle and there will be no bond between the old team and the new. If you won't bring him back just cancel the show now.
CBS should look into the "successful" file of previous crime fighters. Anthony LaPaglia's character (Jack Malone) from his cancelled show (Without a Trace) could easily transfer in from the New York office and take over Hotch's job. How about it CBS?
Please CBS and the producers of the show, give Thomas Gibson another chance. I have watched this show since the beginning and would hate to see one of the best actors who helped to make the show a success leave. I hated when Morgan left but at least I knew I still had Hodge. He makes that show real and you get caught up in every episodes. I like the other characters too but it want be the same without Agent Hodge(Gibson). Suspend him fine him but please keep him on the show.
Even though I believe kicking a producer was wrong, CBS isn't really punishing him by firing him, they are really punishing the fans of the show. I agree with a suspension, but not being taken off the show altogether. He's an original cast member and a HUGE important part, answer the show could never be the same. Hotch should stay. I don't watch 'Criminal Minds' it any more since Shemar Moore left. Now I'm really not going to watch it.
Hotch in my opinion happens to make the show what it is. So did Shemar Moore, but when Moore left Hotch was the one I would be watching the show for. The young kid, the women, the older guy can't pull off the show. You people are ridiculous for letting go of Thomas Gibson. Ok, maybe he was wrong for whatever he did to the higher up, get him to apologize get him to say I'm sorry. But don't fire the best actor of the show or you think you can go ahead and replace him with some other actor. It won't work. I've been watching this show since the inception. Don't do this to this great series. You'll really regret it.
Please talk to this actor Thomas Gibson. Tell him he has fans out here that love the crap out of him. Tell him, or explain to him the show will not be the same, that people make mistakes. He made one for coming off on the producer, director, whomever he came off at. Explain that he's not 100% perfect and neither is the producer, whomever it was. Work it out, like grownups. Don't do something so childish like all other shows do, Charlie Sheen perfect example for 2 men, what a mistake it was to get rid of Charlie sheen but he was the one at fault and stupid I see that. Don't do this to this great show, work it out.

This is sad. Some of the original crew...mia. This is one of the greatest show in my lifetime. There is no replacement. Ego's need to leave. I fell in love with this show. Its all I watch. This hurts
