Duh X 2. First you shouldnt hav to pay... get drivers insurance co's to pay. Why does this homeowner say that his own insur co.paid for repairs? Second, get 5 or 6 really large landscaping boulders. Place in strategic spots. I've seen this done before with excellent result. But do not put boulders in the DOT right-of-way...must be fully on ur own property.
