Yes, but unless more attention to out of state and Canadian trucks is given more attention nothing will be different! What happened to the truck weigh stations in Montana and other states. Seems like a less threatening place to out of state drivers to receive state regulations officially given to them and have them sign documents reflecting their being updated and receiving the information.
