The Cubs have alot of tradition and history and being a Brewers fan it's tough to root for them ever but I would if they make it to the WS. I do respect that franchise. In regards to Mark Simon comment, I disagree about their fanbase.

I'm a Packers owner, but also a Cubs fan. When the Braves left the state I was 6 years old. The only team I could watch was the Cubs who played all day games. I became a Cubs fan. Saw no reason to switch to the Seattle Pilots just because they moved.

Many older Wisconsin residents still feel an allegiance to the Cubs because the northside Chicago team was our team before the Braves came to Milwaukee. the same reason that some Minnesota residents are still Packer fans. I listened to Cubs games on the radio until the Braves arrived. Andy Pafko was my favorite player five years before he came to Milwaukee with the former Boston Braves.

No Wisconsinite with any amount of pride in their state should ever cheer for a Chicago team.

I don't understand how any Brewers fan could vote "yes" in this poll.

I can't stand them or their arrogant fans. I hope they get swept in the play offs again!!!!

Been a while since being able to hope for the Cubs to get there. But I think that it's time to see them show world that they have what it takes
