how can bubble wrap even be mentioned on this list? bubble wrap IS NOT a toy. in fact, it can be dangerous to a child. it is plastic and can smother a child. if they chew on it the child can choke on it. just what were you people thinking when you nominated it? you ought to be ashamed!
