Todd Stansbury's biggest challenge is to remove Paul Johnson as head coach. His system is old, outdated and too easy to defend for mid - top level teams with defenses as fast or faster than the offense operating his "system." Paul needs to go, like LSU just did to Les Miles. The players, school, alumni/alumnae, fans and sponsors all deserve much better. It's time to go. No more Paul Ball.

convince Paul Johnson to hire an offensive coordinator instead of having to fire Johnson in the near future.Tech can't keep running the T.O. And expect to move the football program forward.

Todd Stansbury's biggest challenge in year 1 is to provide the GT football and basketball head coaches with the resources (including student athletes) to enable them to compete with the best teams in the ACC. If he can't do that, then it is time to move on to either the next GT AD or the next GT President, or both.
