Keep it to a regular quarterly thing so it doesn't surprise me when it drops into my email box

Keep it regular, but at some interval other than quarterly that I'll mention in a comment

A newsletter is a lovely thing. I really like hearing all the news, so you should post it when you have news. Thank you.
