It really would't shock me if Hasbro got the dungeons and dragons team to produce an official campaign book with MLP ponies (the novelty would be thogh the roof).

I went with Dungeons and Dragons as it is the fastest way to show Hasbro that My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic easily works as crossover for everything.
Yeah... I chose other. Bethesda owns what I want my ponies crossed with.

There was a Halloween episode of littlest pet shop where Blythe (The main character) was riding a creepy stuffed Applejack. It was actually Applejack! Her hat, Cutie mark, freckles, it was creepy XD

That's Ponimus Alpha - Leader of the Trion Primebots shhh shh. Totally not Optimus or Alpha Trion.
Then Discord starts making everything "pop out" again and they could use the VA's from whichever.
Totally believable.

I miss The Hub too. They understood the fandom way better than Hasbro ever will. In some ways I think they even understood it a little better than DHX. Setting them loose was yet another in the long list of Hasbro fuckups.

I have wanted a Friendship is Magic: the Gathering crossover since I saw the Elements of Harmony arranged like the back of a Magic card during the series premiere. (Granted, Theros Block actually came close at times. Especially Loyal Pegasus.)

How about "None of the Above", because every one of those would be absolutely horrible.
Still hoping for pony Risk, although I'm uncertain about the conquest and annihilation aspects... What would be a more harmonious and friendly version? Apples vs oranges vs grass vs cherries vs carrots? Or if not, it could be alt-timeline Equestria: Glimmer vs changelings vs Sombra vs Luna vs Tirek...
Other: Ponify Furby and Furreal Friends, make a robot MLP 1.0 with AI conversationality and interactivity and build from there.
As for the others: Play-Doh, been done poorly, would not buy. Magic The Gathering, done with the CCG. Dungeons and Dragons, in production. Board games, bought them all already, including the Yahtzee.

I voted D&D (even though we already sort of got a crossover like that with S6), but it was a tough call between that and Transformers, because HELL YEAH, GIANT ROBOTS!!
