Agree as well. Why would Toronto not offer arbitration to Bautista? That doesn't even make sense. Paying 16.7 million to Bautista for a similar season to 2016 is not a bad deal. Especially compared to the costly uncertainty the Jays could be getting. Is Cafardo being told to write this by someone or does he actually believe Shapiro is incompetent?
