Trump focused more in insulting her. He was rude and interrupted her so many times I lost count. He kept pacing and sniffing again. He evaded questions or answered them ambiguously, almost like he was pulling things out of thin air. He made a few vague comments about insurance companies being able to compete and we'd all have excellent plans, but how? Hillary had specific answers to questions and she stuck to the topic more than he did. Donald was an excellent at deflecting tonight, but Hillary won. He made a few vague comments about insurance companies being able to compete and we'd all have excellent plans, but how? Hillary had specific answers to questions and she stuck to the topic more than he did. Donald was an excellent at deflecting tonight, but Hillary won. Hillary knows what she's talking about, where Donald seemed distracted and kept missing the point of the debate.
Hillary avoided too many questions as always and Trump followed through with the responses much more efficiently than first debate. Trump destroyed Hillary this time
Trump did what he should have done in the first debate, he held both Hillary and the moderators to task. I also loved the fly drone that the Russians deployed that kept at attacking Hillary.

Trump did a good job this time at controlling his temper, and the debate was pretty evenly matched. But I felt like when it really came to the issues – healthcare, taxing the wealthy, relationships with Russia, Syrian refugees – Hillary had better answers. Therefore I'd say she won.
